Ouch. Ouch is all I can say right now. My shin hurts. Not both of them, just one, my left one. It feels as if my leg is going to snap in half. Oh the joys of shin splints, why do you have to come on now that I am getting in the groove of things? I am getting my running down, got my days all set for the week, and now this. I guess things could be worse, but owie.
I got my jogs and hikes in this weekend. I did a 3mile hike on saturday, and a 1.8 mile jog on sunday. Yesterday I went to the baseball field to run around it, I got about a mile done and I wanted to curse out of pain. Little Bear wasnt having it in the stroller, so we left. I came home and ended up doing 30day shred. Hey, I did something! Then at night I decided to test my leg out and went for a 1.8 mile walk around here. Needless to say, I have not gone on a walk/run today....yet. I am going to do some yoga, or shall I say attempt. I am not flexible at all. Then I might throw in the 30day Shred on top of that while the kiddos take naps.
Oh! I have decided I am not cutting my hair till I reach my goal. Yeah, that will give me some motivation! I dont have a number in mind, just a pair of jeans that have not seen daylight in two years.
