Oops!

I haven't forgotten about my blog, I just haven't really had a chance to update! I have been doing walks/runs/hikes almost everyday still. I have done two 5.5miles this week alone (holla!), I am planning on going for four tonight and getting ready to map it out.

I am still having shin splits despite getting new shoes and being fitted for them. I think I am going to go get some Nike Frees this weekend. I know they are comfy and barefoot running is supposed to be the best. I actually just donated my first Nike Frees to the shoes for Haiti at the sports store down the street. I am going to donate my trail shoes this weekend as well. I found out one of my problems was that my shoes were too small, hence the "my feet are falling asleep" sensation I was getting with the shoes I had. doh!

Oh! Guess who is signing up for a 10k in March? Yeah.. me. Lets see how this goes!! I know I can do it, its just running the whole time that's going to be my issue.
